Angela Jones has qualifications in many disciplines.  She has spent her lifetime in the adventurous outdoors.  She is overwhelmingly knowledgeable about the Wye Valley and is passionate about combining the outdoor exercise with fun, enjoyment and fitness; strengthening body, soul and mind.  Angela Jones has competed as an international athlete for 20 years across different disciplines.  Angela works with completed beginners, looking for an extra life experience to advanced competitive runners.  She works within the individual’s expectations whether it be a fun new experience, a structured fitness session, or a distance run.

Hourly Rate £45 ph
